Our library and education centre opened in September 2005 and offers extensive facilities such as quiet study areas and access to PCs.
HBDHB's Education and Development service offers video conferencing, e-learning, education development support, software development consulting services and training package development services.
Applications for Hawke's Bay | Te Matau a Māui 2025 January NETP intake opens Wednesday 7 August. We look forward to hearing from you. The NETP programme has been designed to provide structured education to consolidate the NCNZ competencies and support new graduate nurses into professional nursing practice.

Patient referrals - primary care to secondary services
Where there is an e-referral available, use it. Any other referrals should be sent directly to the relevant department if that is known. Alternatively you can send referrals directly to the Outpatient Referral Centre (ORC).
What it isProgramme Incubator is a ‘grow your own’ workforce development programme. It introduces health professional role models to students and whānau/family.
The new regional Consumer Councils are now in place as of 1 July 2024. More information about the role of Councils and their members can be found here.
