Regional Consumer Council Representatives – Hawke’s Bay

The Regional Consumer Council helps strengthen the voice of the consumer within the health sector in New Zealand. It does this by focusing on feedback from consumers and valuing the local voice by ensuring the local voice is heard through regional councils, Iwi Māori Partnership Boards and focus and working groups where local engagement is at the heart of the health system.

There are four councils that cover Te Waipounamu, Central, Te Manawa Taki and Northern regions.

Hawke’s Bay (part of the Central Council) are thrilled to officially announce the successful recruitment of its newest consumer representatives into the Regional Consumer Council:

Angela Smith – Wairoa

Ryan Tongia – Waipawa

Adrian Pritchard – Hastings

Sandra Forsyth – Hastings

Paula Ormsby – Hastings
