Services we provide

Our diabetes service provides:

  • comprehensive care for people with Type 1 diabetes — including carbohydrate counting education and DAFNE courses and also the use of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring
  • a young adult (16 to 25 years old) diabetes service for people with Type 1 and 2 diabetes
  • diagnosis of unusual forms of diabetes
  • extra support to improve control for some people with Type 2 diabetes.

Referral information

Your healthcare provider will refer you to our services if they think you might have diabetes.
