Te Whatu Ora Te Matau a Māui, Hawke's Bay’s Mental Health and Addiction Service comprises multi-disciplinary teams who are passionate, highly skilled, culturally responsible and people-focussed. Our team strives for the best possible standards to promote and support a person’s recovery, helping them live independent fulfilling lives.

A wide range of mental health and addiction services are delivered to children, adolescents, adults and older people living in Hawke’s Bay.

The diversity of our skillset provides health professionals who work within our supportive team a variety of opportunities and clinical experiences through inpatient, outpatient and community settings.

We have a number of clinical vacancies across our Mental Health and Addiction services including

  • consultant psychiatrists
  • registered nurses (inpatient and community setting)
  • Allied Health (psychology, social work, occupational therapy and alcohol and drug clinicians)
